Apparently his lunch wasn't enough for him so he helped himself to a piece of pizza and chocolate milk reuslting in this EMERGENCY LUNCH NOTICE. Good to know what Juanita Elementary classifies as an emergency.
After we sat down and had a conversation about not helping yourself to something that costs money...we decorated the xmas tree.
Oli explaining to Scout that this is his stocking and that Santa will put all of his gifts in here, unless they are too big, then they can go under the tree.
Scout listened intently...

I think I recall sending these "emergency" notices home a couple of times while I was teaching. Makes me chuckle hearing about what happens once they are delivered to the parents! PS - Note to parents: don't send kids to school with a bag lunch on pizza day!
