Labor Day Weekend

Our Labor Day Weekend started with an impromptu decision to get out on the boat on Friday afternoon. With the weather prediction of clouds and rain for the next week, we wanted one last sunny moment on the boat.

Julia now can pull up to stand...it is just one milestone after another now (and another one acheived on a boat)!
"Just dip my toes, Dad." (he is old enough to know that that is just asking to get completely dunked, right?)

The other highlight of the weekend was spending Sunday in Suncadia at the McDonald's with Bob and Pat McDonald, their daughter Lindsay and her two girls, Camron and Nick, Maro and Charlie, Lil' Charlie and Tyra and their son Beckett. It was a full house and full of kids!
Here is Oli leading Olivia (4 yrs old) on a hunt to find the frog we had just heard croaking.

I love this picture, hoodie, tutu and sidewalk chalk. Next thing we did was teach Olivia how to ride a skateboard (still wearing the tutu).

Just one activity after another...

And one of the funniest moments yesterday was trying to take a photo of all of the kids. I was on the side with a tutu on my head and really really trying to make them all smile. At least my daughter thought I was funny.
