4th of July was a fantastic day! May be making it's way to the top of my Favorite Holiday list. Started off with a parade...then to the house for an impromptu playdate for Oli...then cruised the lake to see all the commotion...and ended with fireworks seen while floating in Meydenbauer Bay.

| We had planned to watch the parade but neighbors the day before had convinced us to be IN the kids parade. Thanks to Martha Stewart, we whipped up some bike and stroller decorations. |

| Oli colored this a week before for Julia's 4th of July present. As soon as he woke up, he gave it to her...she hugged the picture. Darling. |
