Week in Review

Let's catch you all up...Julia's burns are healthy incredibly fast.  Her face looks so good now...still a mark and we still have to be diligent about no sun for the next year to reduce chance of scarring but all in all we are happy with the healing.  Oli's tooth? Been filled and no corn, candy or apples for the next 6 months.

Look on to see this week's injuries.

Oli sprained his ankle something fierce at basketball camp yesterday.  He hops everywhere, I now call him 'pogo'.  Initial assessment is that it could be up to 3-4 weeks before he is back to running around on it.

Monday night, Oli and Brett spent the night on the boat in the middle of Lake Washington.  Just them and the largest mosquitos that they have ever seen.  Regardless, fun father/son time.
Oli is taking dive class this week and next (well I guess with his ankle, he is probaby done with that too).  He started on Monday saying he could do a front flip...but when the time came even a head first dive was too scary.  A bit humbling for Mr. Confident.

Seafair today!

Enjoyed it with some of our new neighbors...a German family that were SO excited to be out on the lake to see the show.

Oli...might be the first and the last time that a 16 year old girl looks up to you :).
