Our Saturday consisted of running (first a half marathon and then running around) and then Dying (at least Brett did at the Gossett's Murder Mystery Party).
The Seattle Rock N Roll Half Marathon was a great race. I didn't run it for time which meant I enjoyed every step of the way. There were several bands along the course which made the 13.1 miles fly by. My support crew was busy at swimming lessons so this self-portrait is the best we got.

After swimming lessons, a birthday party, some tough hours in the yard, we got ready for the Murder Mystery Party at the Gossett's to celebrate Chris' birthday. None other than Natalie (hostess with the mostess) could have pulled this off.
The theme was a Casino Party and everyone got WAY into it. Brett, AKA Ace High and I, Hustling Hailey dressed the part and showed up to find out that Brett was the one that would be murdered and I murdered him. Ace and Hailey have had better nights. But Brett and Wendy haven't - it was a superb party.
Iquana Trump and none-other than Elvis!
Ace High dead! Whodunnit?
Lying my way through a post-murder press interview (since I am a terrible liar, this didn't come easy!)
In honor of Michael Jackson, Nate did one of his famous MJ performances. This is something we have been seeing at weddings (including his own) and special occasions for a decade now. I know that he will continue for decades to come.
Ms. Blogger at work!
