Oli came in shaking a can of lemonade. I thought he was being naughty but infact, he didn't know what happens when you shake a carbonated beverage. An opportunity for a science experiment.

Last night we celebrated the fact that we graduated from college 10 years ago! Natalie and Chris were kind enough to host our gathering which consisted of old college t-shirts, greasy pizza and beer (not nearly as cheap as we used to drink).

This morning we completed our 'winter preparedness' by receiving, moving and stacking our wood for fires this winter. Oli had the opportunity to earn $3 if he helped. He got 2/3rds of the way done before he said, "I give up, $2 is enough".
Where is that really small piece?

What a sweet little lady you're raising, mama! The UPS pic is stellar. Saw the vid on Natalie's blog, too...awesome. Love the themes throughout--grins, great memories, and, yes, the nod-to-Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox on Friends makeup (caked foundation, dark lipstick, etc.). Been thinking of you guys. Wish we were there right now. We'll make it happen soon!!
