Suncadia!

Our destination today was Suncadia, beautiful Suncadia. Suncadia is a magical mountain resort where Bob and Pat McDonald have a wonderful home. We have been fortunate enough to be invited up on several occasions making a collection of wonderful memories. Therefore we wanted to share this place with DaddyDave.

Holding on tight to each other to not get blown over by the gale-force winds that are no stranger to Suncadia.

Pop continues to earn his keep around here :). Yesterday was his fantastic suggestion to make mango sorbet - my favorite homemade ice cream yet (the second option was cheese ice cream - no thanks, Oli).

Oli: "I would like a fish, a shark and a whale."
