Alston Family Reunion

We have just arrived home from England and had a moment to add some pictures from the Alston Family Reunion. This event included 13 family members, some I had never had the opportunity to meet! Nana seemed delighted to have so much family together. She hosted us after lunch at her place for a cup of tea and cakes. It was such a lovely afternoon!

We enjoyed lunch at a "carvery"...an English tradition. From left to right, yours truly, Penny, Tony, Mike, JoMum, Cousin Nikki, Auntie Pat, Nana, and Uncle Rod.
Auntie Pat, Nana and Uncle Rod....Rod is the artist of the painting we have in the entryway. Nice to have met the artist of that beautiful painting.
The "Kids" table consisted of Jordan (I think would be Oli's 2nd cousin), Oli and Lewis.
